By accessing, registering for, or using Mail Craft AI✨ ("Service", "Platform"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. These Terms were last updated on 22 February 2025.
Description of Service
Mail Craft AI✨ is an AI-powered email campaign platform that enables users to:
- Create and manage email campaigns with AI-generated HTML templates (via Google Gemini and OpenAI APIs)
- Upload recipient lists in CSV or XLSX format for personalised bulk email sending
- Send campaigns via Gmail OAuth (free tier) or Brevo SMTP (premium tier)
- Generate AI images for email headers via Pollinations and store them on Cloudinary CDN
- Track email open rates and click-through rates using pixel and link tracking
- Access a dashboard with real-time analytics on campaign performance
Mail Craft AI✨ is a software tool. We are not responsible for the content, legality, or deliverability of emails you send. You are solely responsible for your email campaigns and their compliance with applicable laws.
Eligibility
To use Mail Craft AI✨, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — 16 in the EU/UK)
- Have a valid Google account to authenticate
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction
- Not be on any government-designated list of prohibited or restricted parties
Account Registration & Security
Authentication is handled via Google OAuth 2.0. By signing in with Google, you:
- Authorise Mail Craft AI✨ to access your Google profile information (name, email, unique ID)
- Optionally authorise Gmail access for email sending on the free tier — revocable at any time via your Google Account settings
- Agree that you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Mail Craft AI✨ only for lawful purposes. You specifically agree NOT to:
5.1 Prohibited Content
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages to recipients who have not given valid consent
- Send emails containing illegal content, malware, phishing attempts, or fraudulent offers
- Distribute hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that is defamatory or abusive
- Promote illegal activities including illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, counterfeit goods
- Send emails that impersonate any person, company, or government entity
5.2 Prohibited Technical Actions
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to override any rate limits, quotas, or security measures
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or corrupted data
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service outside normal usage
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without explicit written permission
5.3 Recipient List Standards
- You must only email recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from you
- Your lists must not include purchased, harvested, or rented email addresses
- You must have a valid unsubscribe mechanism in all bulk emails
- You must honour opt-out requests within 10 business days
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil/criminal liability.
Anti-Spam Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your email campaigns comply with all applicable anti-spam laws, including:

AI-Powered Services
7.1 AI Template Generation
Mail Craft AI✨ uses Google Gemini and OpenAI APIs to generate HTML email templates. By using this feature, you acknowledge:
- AI-generated content may be imperfect, inaccurate, or inappropriate. You must review all AI output before use.
- You are solely responsible for the final content of emails you send.
- Your input text is transmitted to Google Gemini and/or OpenAI servers for processing.
- Do not input sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information into AI prompts.
7.2 AI Image Generation
Premium users may generate images using Pollinations.ai. You may generate up to 100 images per month. You must not generate images that are illegal, sexually explicit, defamatory, or infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
7.3 AI Content Ownership
AI-generated content produced from your prompts is treated as your work product. However, we make no warranties regarding ownership, uniqueness, or freedom from third-party claims.
Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
8.1 Free Tier
The Free plan includes 50 emails per calendar month via Gmail OAuth, AI template generation, CSV/XLSX upload, and open and click tracking.
8.2 Premium Subscription
The Premium plan is available for $15 USD per month, processed by Dodo Payments. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8.3 Refund Policy
- 7-day refund window: If unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your first Premium subscription, contact us for a full refund.
- No refunds for subsequent billing periods.
- No refunds for quota overuse: Monthly email quotas are fixed and do not roll over.
8.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification. Dodo Payments handles applicable VAT, GST, and local taxes automatically at checkout.
Intellectual Property
9.1 Mail Craft AI✨'s IP
The Service, including its software, design, architecture, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Mail Craft AI✨ and its developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.
9.2 Open Source
Certain components of Mail Craft AI✨ may be open source. The developer's open-source work is available at github.com/alkaifaftab000.
9.3 Feedback
If you submit feedback or bug reports, you grant Mail Craft AI✨ a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
User Content & Data
You retain all ownership rights to content you create using Mail Craft AI✨. By using the Service, you grant Mail Craft AI✨ a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to deliver the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that your recipient lists comply with all applicable anti-spam and data protection laws.
Third-Party Services
Mail Craft AI✨ integrates with: Google OAuth & Gmail API, Google Gemini API, OpenAI API, Brevo (Sendinblue), Dodo Payments, Cloudinary, and Pollinations AI. Your use of these third-party services through Mail Craft AI✨ is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. Mail Craft AI✨ is not liable for their availability, actions, or failure to perform.
Disclaimers & Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI-generated content will be accurate, or that emails will be delivered to recipients' inboxes.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Mail Craft AI✨ AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL.
In no event shall Mail Craft AI✨'s total aggregate liability exceed the greater of: the amount you paid to Mail Craft AI✨ in the 12 months preceding the incident, or $50 USD for free-tier users.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mail Craft AI✨ and its developer from and against any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of any third party's rights, the content of emails you send, or non-compliance with anti-spam legislation.
Account Suspension & Termination
15.1 Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. All your campaigns, templates, recipients, and email logs will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
15.2 Termination by Mail Craft AI✨
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, we believe your use constitutes a spam or abuse risk, we receive credible complaints of anti-spam law violations, or you engage in fraudulent or illegal activities via the Service.
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature survive termination (including IP ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall remain in effect.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India. Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.
If you are located outside India, you may have mandatory consumer protection rights under your local laws that cannot be contractually waived.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting a notice in the Mail Craft AI✨ application at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Miscellaneous & Contact
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Mail Craft AI✨ regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
